- are big enough (10 mil USD annual revenue or more)
- have raised at least 10 mil USD
- are an exceptional startup founder who have had a few exits under your belt
- looking to modernize their tech stack (for ex move to AWS/rewrite in a new language/migrate to a new db/optimize deploy process/etc)
- have a large workforce but is not a tech company
- have a small tech team who can work in parallel with the Vietnam team (or with minimal overlap)
