Here at Black Gibbon, we use the best modern tools (Gitlab, Slack, Zoom, Pivotal tracker,etc) to enable beast mode when it comes to CI/CD. Think of it as a 4x100 relay race, which goes something like this:
- It is Monday morning PST , California tech PM checks commits from last Friday from Vietnam team and accepts or rejects. He also moves new tasks off of backlog and plans out new sprint for the week. He can also commit his own code.
- Monday evening around 6pm PST, the PM has stand up with Vietnam team, discusses major features for the week and hands off tasks to them.
- Now it is 10am Vietnam time, Vietnam team would start work, uninterrupted for the rest of the day.
- Tuesday morning, tech Pm goes to work and repeats.
