Cost benefit analysis for the hybrid model

When I was with Boston Consulting Group, a typical MVP engagement would last 100 days and go in the millions range. This is small change for a Fortune 500 company but for almost every one else it is out of reach.

With this new hybrid model, we have drastically reduced the cost without compromising quality or timeliness. The new elite team would now consist of:

• A part time FAANG PM who is based in Silicon Valley. His monthly cost is 12k-14k per month
• 2 backend and 1 front end based in Vietnam. Their monthly cost is 22k-24k per month

Now we are looking at ~100K budget for a 3 month engagement, led by the world's top engineers.
